The Saturday Picture Show, June 29, 2024

By all means, print this picture out, and glue it onto one of those refrigerator magnets you got at the festival. Then, any time you reach a state of serious perturbation, put it on the front of the Coolerator as a sign for everyone to back off just a tad...
Willie Nelson under arrest in Texas, July 1960. Charges: Speeding, and driving without a license. He beat the rap.
I was working at the A&P when the manager told us of a future day when the cashiers would not have to enter the price of everything on a cash register, but just wave each item across a magic eye that would ring up the sales. We thought he had been into the Rum Life-Savers again...
An entire family of six can get into this ATV Camper, as long as they are also all jockeys.
Grit and determination: "Had a stroke. Open next week."
Mr. Snuffleupagus, waiting for a friend.

Music fans can get a few cobs, but the pirates running this produce stand want more than a buccaneer.
The cargo ship Dali is seen her departing Baltimore harbor the other day. She's now in Norfolk to have damage repairs done. The repairs to Baltimore, and the replacement of the Key Bridge the ship knocked down, will take years.

If you have never seen "Uncle Buck," change that status right away, please. I think it was John Candy's best picture. When you've seen it, you will know who "Lyndon" and "Johnson" are!
You might be too young to know what this is about, so click away:
