The Saturday Picture Show, October 7, 2017

Who doesn't love microscopically-enhanced views of a handful of sand? Just remember, there's plenty of it at the beach.
If you remember the musical "The Music Man," you'll remember a discussion of what sort of music holder a marching piccolo player could use.  Well sir, down at Florida State University, they've moved that discussion to the most current state of technology. Band members carry their music on smart phones, and it should work out fine, unless they get a call during the fight song.
We were discussing fall and all its glory just last night.  The colors are arriving, and the cooler temperatures should be close behind.
This is the section of my home town (Towson, Maryland, USA) known as "Sandy Bottom" back in the day. I haven't heard anyone call the intersection and the area around York Rd and Fairmount Av that for a few years now, but it's a busy area.  Anything you want to eat, drive, repair, clean or have healed? It's all right there. It just didn't use to be this BUSY!
Let's have a show of hands, please, for all the young ladies out there whose mothers trimmed their bangs in this manner. Notice that the child, a professional model, is smiling.
This week's free wallpaper is bound to turn a few heads!
Just think, for the price of a few coins, you can have your own Mona Lisa! Dan Brown is investigating.
#48 in your program, but #1 in your hearts, a safety from Eastern Michigan, here is Mr Lion King. Real name.
