Maybe we should start to think of Hungary as a good source for amusing and whimsical structures, such as this high-tension electric power line transmission tower.  Their power company chose to build it in the shape of a clown, to entertain passersby. Nice!
It's New Year's Day, Christmas and every other happy day all wrapped up in one. College football season starts when Alabama says it does and this year's Crimson Tide will be out to erase the memory of whatever caused them to lose the 2016 championship game. Tonight, it's 'Bama and Fla State, at 8 on ABC.
So you're working at a distillery that puts out, let's say, a second-rate whisky, and the boss comes to you and says he needs a name for his brand of hooch and a symbol to go with it.  Someone came up with this. Really.
Lend me your ears.  No! You can keep them! This guy had a bumper crop so he backed his bumper up and handed out the cobs.
