This is a perfect example of truth in advertising! Don't build up people's hopes too highly. "He's doing a good job!" should be the motto of all office seekers. Schrunk went on to become Mayor of Portland, Oregon, so I guess he did do a good job.
We all need to be a little more Calvin. We're fine, and so is Terry Schrunk.
In 1942 people waited for others to finish eating at the counter in the diner. I don't know; it feels like they were rushing others to gobble their BLT and get out.
It's a shame that the late great Zappa came to be defined in so many minds as an oddball, when in fact most of what he said makes perfect sense, then and now.
This is what happens when they eliminate shoes, clothes, groceries, toys, home goods, and books.
