The Saturday Picture Show, April 2, 2022

Some pretty nice brickwork in Gwent, Wales. I suppose the bricks are formed in a mold before coming out of the kiln. Never saw anything like this...
If this seems like a great picture of a mountain range...it's actually a closeup of one rock!
You always need someone to chock the ladder for you. No one said it has to be a human!
"Objects in mirror may be the same size they really are because this is your wife's mirror from the bathroom and she needs it back"
Bruce McCall is a cartoonist, illustrator, commercial artist, and essayist. He's done great things like this for decades. This is from the National Lampoon Dacron Republican-Democrat newspaper satire from 1978.
Ukraine seems like such a lovely country.
Until you get where you're going, be where you are.

George is flabbergasted.
People used to force you to sit in their basement while they dragged out the slide projector and showed you their vacation pictures. The best part was when the beam of light shone on the screen and we played Shadow Stumpers.
This egret just picked up dinner and is on the way home! Enjoy!
