The Satur Picture Show, March 2, 2019

At one time, the US led the world in page-folding, a Western version of Origami in which each page of a book gets to form a letter, rendering the book unreadable, but also a work of art. This must take more patience than most of us have.
The Transportation Section § 21-1003 (m) of the Maryland code states: "A person may not stand or park a vehicle within 15 feet of a fire hydrant." However, if it's REALLY important or if you're in a BIG hurry, firefighters will gladly make alternate arrangements to put water on a fire.
This guy doesn't know it yet, but there won't be a whole lot left for him.
The most flexible doors know all the ins and outs.
This is just the time of year when the afternoon sun bounces off the coffee table by the sofa and right into my eyes as I sit on my decliner. That same sun also goes to the beach and lights up the pier.
This rare coin was minted in Rome in 107 AD.  1,909 years later, tourist Lori Rimon was walking in the eastern section of Galilee (Northern Israel). As she walked in the archeological site, she caught the glint of the coin in the sun, and turned it over to authorities, later learning that it's only the second such coin ever found with the picture of Augustus and the words "Augustus Divine." Numismatists assume that the other coins are in the ashtrays of 107 Chevrolets and the pillows of really old sofas.

All the other medical professionals in the area were so impressed with the new logo for Dr Katz the dentist that they contacted the company to have something similarly appropriate installed on their building entrances. First up: Dr Sprinkle, the urologist.
This upcoming Tuesday the 5th is Shrove Tuesday, so we will be at the Diner, loading up on pancakes and a side of shroves.
